Food & Beverage Supervisor
An opportunity exists at Puffing Billy Railway for a Food & Beverage Supervisor. This is a newly created full time position reporting directly to the Commercial Manager. The successful applicant will have a solid knowledge and proven experience in the setting up and supervision of functions. You will have the ability to work in a small team environment, must be available to work weekends and be committed to excellence. Experience in stock control, stock ordering and retail would also be an advantage.
The successful applicant will also need to be a team player, possess good interpersonal and presentation skills and be customer focused. We are looking for a highly motivated person who will enjoy working in an environment with a wide range of users: from community groups, individuals and corporate clients.
